The March Homeroom Challenge Begins!

Since the February snow tides pummeled Boston and shut down the city, you can imagine how difficult it was to keep students (when they went to school!) focused on their school work and their healthy habits. But now it appears those heavy storms have subsided. So, in effort to refocus their energy toward habit cultivation, H 2 knO is introducing our Homeroom Challenge for the month of March!

Each day, each homeroom has the ability to win the Daily Challenge. They need to take their water bottle in the morning to use during class, return it to the rack before lunch, and then take their water bottle again for the afternoon classes. The highest percentage of individuals who do that per homeroom will win the challenge for that day. Those daily challenges will be tallied for the entire month and we will have a winner at the end of March with rewards to follow!

We hope this returns the students to a water-drinking habit and fosters a sense of community spirit that will help them move each other toward better health, improved performance, and enviromental activism.

We wish the homeroom teams luck!
